Rawlings; Battle Tested Gear

Because many have notice and asked about my new Rawlings 2018 catchers gear, below is a description of what I wear and links to where you can buy it on the Rawlings site.

I must admit, this gear is the most comfortable gear I have worn throughout my career. The shin guards stay on your legs where they’re supposed to be, the chest protector – really protects, and the helmet provides great visibility, is light weight while the protection and padding, prevents me from “seeing stars”, when those errant foul balls ricochet off my mask.

As much as I like all the Rawlings gear, the 33” Rawlings Catcher glove is my absolute favorite. I have caught some of the hardest throwing pitchers in the country and this glove offers great protection, breaks in very nicely and it doesn’t break down and become unusable for a very long time.
